We take pride in offering quality and comfortable lodging accommodations here at Big Bay Point Lighthouse Inn. For the comfort of our guests, and to help us welcome them all effectively, we ask that you review our policies before making your reservation at our Inn.
Maximum Occupancy: Two persons - all rooms.
Big Bay welcomes children over 16.
Deposits: A deposit equal to your first night’s stay is required to guarantee your room reservation. The balance, due at checkout, may be paid by cash or credit card. When renting more than one room, a 100% deposit is required.
Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, we require a minimum 21 days notice, (30 day advance notice if more than one room is booked), your deposit will be refunded less a $50 handling fee per room; if not, your deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that "no shows" and same-day cancellations will be charged for their entire stay. All cancellations must be sent via email.
Check In: 4 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. - We base our errand and staffing around your arrival time. If you arrival time changes please inform us. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate arrivals after 9pm.
Check Out: 11AM -
Breakfast: 8:30 - 9:30am.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking inside the buildings.
Access to the Inn is exclusively for guests during their stay.
Access to the kitchen facilities is for staff only.
Group Policy: Rental of whole house is not available. Guests are not able to book more than (2) rooms per stay.
Incidental Damages: We understand that accidents do happen. Please let us know right away if you accidentally cause damage. We take pride in keeping guest rooms and their contents in great condition. We may ask you to pay for damage that exceeds normal wear and tear.
